Our Factory
Our factory is equipped with advanced instruments and precision installation tools to ensure every assembly step is carried out with high accuracy. By using specialized fixtures and calibrated equipment, we maintain consistent alignment, torque control, and component positioning throughout the production process. This precise installation approach not only improves overall build quality but also enhances engine stability, performance consistency, and long-term reliability.
We operate our own in-house painting line to ensure full control over coating quality and consistency. During the complete engine painting process, we apply PPG epoxy anti-corrosion primer combined with professional pre-treatment of aluminum alloy surfaces. Through multi-layer coating and controlled curing, the paint system forms a strong protective barrier that significantly enhances corrosion resistance, especially in harsh marine environments. This in-house spraying capability is a key advantage that allows us to deliver durable finishes and reliable long-term protection.
To further verify durability and corrosion resistance, we conduct random sampling inspections on finished motors. Selected units undergo a series of rigorous tests, including 5% salt spray testing, water immersion, high-pressure water exposure, scratch resistance, and coating adhesion tests. These evaluations simulate harsh marine conditions and mechanical wear, ensuring the coating and overall structure maintain integrity, protection, and long-term reliability in real-world use.
Application
Designed for wide adaptability, our outboard motors are suitable for a variety of small to mid-size boats and yachts. They perform reliably across different environments, including freshwater lakes, rivers, and coastal saltwater areas. Whether used for leisure cruising, fishing, daily transportation, or light commercial operations, the engines deliver stable power, easy handling, and dependable performance to meet diverse application needs.
Exhibition
We actively participate in major domestic and international boat and yacht exhibitions to stay closely aligned with market trends and industry developments. Beyond sales representation, our technical team also attends these events to engage in direct discussions with industry peers, exchange expertise, and gain hands-on insights into emerging technologies. This combination of market awareness and technical exchange helps us continuously improve our products and better meet global customer needs.

FAQ
1. What types of water can your outboard motors be used in?
Our motors are suitable for both freshwater and saltwater environments.
2. For electric-start models, is manual start also available?
Yes. For models T20, T30, T40, and F20, electric-start engines also come with a manual start option.
However, F50 and F60 electric-start models do not support manual starting; they are equipped with emergency start capability (an emergency start rope is included in the tool kit).
3. Which trade term you support?
DDP, FAC, FOB, CIF etc.
4. How long is the break-in period for your outboard motors?
The break-in period is 10 hours.
During this period:
First 1 hour: Operate at variable speeds up to 2000 rpm (about half throttle).
Second hour: Increase speed to bring the boat on plane (avoid full throttle), then reduce speed while keeping the boat planing.
Remaining 8 hours: Operate at any speed, but avoid full throttle for more than 5 minutes at a time.
After 10 hours: Normal operation is allowed.
5. How often should engine oil and gear oil be changed after the break-in?
First replacement at 20 hours (engine oil, oil filter, and gear oil).
After that, change every 100 hours or once per year, whichever comes first.
6. What battery specifications do you recommend for electric-start models?
T20 / T30 / T40 / F20: 12V 40A battery
F60: 12V 70A battery
7. How long is the lead time and delivery time?
Lead Time: We usually will prepare and send out the product within 2-3 business days after receiving the full payment. For bulk order, please contact with our sales.
Delivery Time: It depends on the quantity of order and the delivery address. Please contact our sales for further discussion. And during the period, we will update any news about your goods until delivery confirmation.
